Anthony has been a dedicated triathlete, coach and an advocate for the sport for over 25 years, seeing the growth of sport to what it is now. With a multifaceted background in both fields, Anthony has established himself as a leading figure in understanding the mental and physical aspects of endurance sports.

COACHING
Anthony's journey into the world of triathlons began during his early years where his passion for sport led him to pursue a dual degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. His academic pursuits laid the foundation for his deep understanding of human physiology and behaviour, which he seamlessly integrates into his athletic endeavours and coaching.
As an accomplished triathlete, Anthony has competed national and international at Junior elite, under 23 and elite level. Competing at 4 world triathlon championships and at an elite level for French division 1 club Cesson-Sevigne. His dedication to training propelled him to achieve notable success in the triathlon circuit.
In regards to coaching, Anthony has been coaching for 10 years, using his knowledge in exercise science, Anthony possesses a comprehensive understanding of the physiological demands of endurance sports.
He applies this knowledge not only to enhance his own performance but also to coach and mentor aspiring triathletes, helping them reach their full potential. Also using his background in psychology provides him with unique insights into the mental aspects of athletic performance.
He delves into topics such as goal setting, motivation, resilience, and stress management, offering invaluable guidance to athletes seeking to overcome psychological barriers and achieve peak performance.
Anthony is deeply committed to promoting awareness and understanding of the symbiotic relationship between exercise science and psychology in sports.
