Since 2004, IRONMAN Western Australia has been a Bucket List race for athletes all over the world. Taking place in the idyllic seaside town of Busselton - the gateway to the famous Western Australia wine region of Margaret River - 'Busso' is renowned for being the place to go for a personal best with one of the flattest and fastest on the global circuit.


Being flat and fast it is a very popular IRONMAN for first timers. Although, it does typically get hot on the run. So, it's not all smooth sailing.

Athletes need to have a very considered nutrition plan dialled in, especially the Victorians as the heat can be a shock at that time of year.

Our participation numbers for this race at Beckworth Racing are growing year on year.

We recommend this race to anyone wanting to go fast, is a first timer, or wanting to test their winter fitness gains.
